    Funzione: On behalf of our major client, a listed multinatonal company that delivers cutting-edge and value-added solutions to meet critical customer needs of global automotive players, we are looking for a talented Key Account Manager for the office located in Turin. He will be responsible for managing and developing the long-term relationship with a portfolio of major carmakers (among which FCA Group) as well as for the revenue performance of all sales operations. He will report directy to the European General Manager. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: He will participate in setting the vision, objectives, strategies and plans, to align activities and resources of OEM team to corporate goals, ensuring adequate accounts penetration and revenue growth for any new product launch. He will leverage local market knowledge to focus on growing products and he will introduce new ones applying an “outside-in” discipline. He will nurture any major account through a “cradle to grave” customer relationship approach. He will carry-out comprehensive market research aligned with the strategic growth priorities, to exploit business growth opportunities. He will systematically report Sales Reports, Sales Expenses, New and Lost Accounts, etc., for the purpose of detecting undesirable trends at an early stage to take prompt remedial actions. He will develop talents within its business scope.     Must: - Bachelor’s degree - B.A./B.S. from a Business or Engineering University or equivalent experience; (Master’s Degree a plus) - at least 5 years’ automotive plastic experience with a proven track record of sales growth. - at least 5 years’ experience in sales management preferably with customers. - proven track record of successful customer negotiations. - ability to develop budgets and sales forecast to a business plan, including business strategies based on OEM Market. - excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability and willingness to communicate, and work with other countries. - willing to travel; primarily domestic and occasionally worldwide.   • TREASURY SPECIALIST

    Funzione: On behalf of a global trading company pursuing a distinctively successfull growth strategy, we are searching for the Treasury Specialist. The professional will participate to the finance and treasury activities of the Division and of its representative offices and / or branch and / or controlled companies. He will ensure that financial transactions are duly registered, policies and procedures are compliant to corporate objectives, needs and regulatory body requirements and that the management is duly informed through an appropriate regular reporting. He will report directly to the Treasury Manager. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - managing of bank accounts, petty cash and liquid assets; - daily downloading, reconciliation and control of bank and petty cash transactions; - processing of petty cash and bank accounts claims to solve minor balance misalignment; - assisting and supporting the Treasury Manager in dealing with banks and financial institutions; - dealing with banks and financial institutions for daily operations of opening short term loans; - managing of any kind of payment (through Piteco or manually) requested by Accounting Dept through the corporate approval process; - managing of letters of credit, both import and export; - managing of intercompany loans in favour of controlled companies, both from a financial and accounting point of view; - registering in Piteco all debits made automatically on the bank accounts to let accounting import automatically the registration in the ERP; - informing Accounting Dept. and Operations Dept. about payment received by clients and assisting the Accounting Dept. to link payments to the related invoices ; - proposing innovative policies, procedures and standards r related to the Treasury Dept. in line with the corporate objectives and strategies; - ensuring that Company is compliant with tax and currency laws, bank covenants and respecting the timing settled by agreements with banks and financial institutions related to funding; - participating to the drawing of long and medium-term financial plans, financial reporting package, financial budgeting and forecasting, and to audit the compliance to laws, corporate rules and international standards; - assisting and supporting the Treasury Manager to the control of banks costs and credit lines availability; - he could be requested to elaborate specific financial analysis and reports; - he might participate to Investment Committee to support the processes of evaluation and approval of any kind of new investment, disposal or whatsoever project.     Must: A young professional, with a Swiss citizenship or a long residency permit (C). Degree in Economics or equivalent studies with at least 3 years experience in treasury operations management. Solid knowledge of the most widespread kind of loans and funding and of basic principles of financial analysis, financial and cash forecasting, derivative products and preferably of Piteco treasury management software. Knowledgeable, with a keen eye for details and accuracy, with deep analytical skills, able to manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, deadline oriented, teamplayer.
